杨海娇,女,河北邯郸人,1985年12月生,林木遗传育种教研室,博士,讲师。2013年6月毕业于西南林业大学林木遗传育种专业,获农学硕士学位;2018年6月毕业于北京林业大学林木遗传育种专业,获农学博士学位。2018年9月至2019年9月在河北工程大学园林与生态工程学院任教。2019年10月至今,在西北农林科技大学林学院任教。

研究方向

主要从事林木良种繁育、分子遗传与基因组学方面研究工作

主要学术成果

1. 对毛白杨种质资源群体进行了基因拷贝数变异(copy number variation, CNV)检测,构建了首张毛白杨高密度、高解析度CNVs变异图谱;

2. 利用基因拷贝数变异对群体遗传多样性进行了评价;

3. 结合CNVRs内SNPs位点开展了全基因组等位位点与毛白杨生长和木材品质性状的关联分析,并对其进行了加性和显性遗传效应解析。
