基本信息：

刘金良，男，中共党员，1988年1月生，博士，副教授。2019年6月，毕业于西北农林科技大学林学院森林培育专业，获博士学位。2019年7月至2021年6月，在西北农林科技大学资环学院农业资源与环境博士后流动站，从事博士后研究工作。2021年8月至今，林学院森林培育教研室任教。

研究方向：

人工林培育理论与技术和森林土壤微生物生态

人才培养：

承担本科生课程：森林培育学、林业试验设计与统计分析

本科生实践课程：现代林木种苗繁育技术、林业调查规划设计

承担研究生课程：现代森林可持续经营、森林立地学

主要学术成果：

1.揭示刺槐人工林植被恢复过程植物-土壤-微生物的互作关系。

2.阐明不同造林模式对林下植被、土壤养分和土壤微生物的影响。

3.明确黄土高原刺槐土壤微生物的空间地理分布模式及驱动因素。

4.揭示千年古侧柏根系微生物群落特征。

主持或参与项目：

1.中国博士后科学基金面上项目，“凋落物层对油松早期更新的调控机制研究”（2020M683590），2020-2021年，8万元，主持。

2.西北农林科技大学科研启动费，“黄土高原刺槐林结构-功能耦合研究”，2021-2024年，20万，主持。

3.国家重点研发计划“残塬沟壑区人工林景观化经营关键技术和示范”(2017YFC0504605)，2017-2020年，383万，参与。
